We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Returns are processed from Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items:
Used items or items not in original condition cannot be returned.
